Whether your vehicle needs scheduled service or repairs, Heritage Ford technicians take personal pride in a job well done. You can talk directly with our technicians about your vehicle and you can request a specific technician if scheduling allows. They have years of experience in servicing vehicles and building strong relationships with customers visit after visit.

To ensure you are satisfied with your service or repair work, our customer service department calls after every service appointment. It's a great opportuninty for you to let us know if we can improve our service, and you can also talk with the Heritage customer relations manager if you have further questions.

Computerized diagnostics and factory-backed service

Our Ford-trained technicians perform computer analysis to Ford specifications for an accurate diagnosis of any vehicle problems. Our technicians are also happy to ride in your vehicle with you to identify a problem that you are experiencing.
Factory-backed service and repair work is performed by highly experienced technicians. We also recommend only needed repairs and keep you up-to-date on the condition of your vehicle.

Reliability of genuine Ford Parts

For high quality service, we use only genuine Ford Parts when making repairs and do not use after-market parts. All Ford Parts have a 12-month or 12,000 mile replacement warranty.

Weather-protected vehicle drop off

No matter the weather, drive your vehicle into the drop-off area of our enclosed Service Center before talking with one of our helpful service writers.

Comfort while you wait

If you would like to wait for your vehicle, relax in our Ford Service waiting area, complete with fresh coffee, magazines, daily newspapers, TV, and wireless internet access.

Convenient shuttle service

Drop off your vehicle for service and enjoy a ride home or to work in our comfortable 15-passenger shuttle van. Our driver makes scheduled morning trips to Burlington, Colchester, Essex, Shelburne, and Williston (to Taft's Corner). When your vehicle is ready, just call our driver directly at (802) 343-0157 until 5pm to schedule a return ride back to the dealership.
Our clean, comfortable, and safe courtesy van is a great alternative to taxis, rental cars, or a friend's good nature. Our shuttle driver announces his departure in both the service department and the customer lounge.

Extended service hours

Enjoy the convenience of evening and Saturday service hours. Our Service Center is open for extended hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 8pm and on Saturdays 7am to 3pm. If you want to drop off your vehicle after hours, use our convenient night drop box for your keys and service instructions.

Easy appointment scheduling

Call our dedicated appointment scheduler to set up a service appointment or request an appointment online. A few days before your service appointment, you will receive a reminder call of your service date.
